Thank you for this post.I agree , Russia has no intention of attacking EU or UK it only went into Ukraine because Zelensky decided to play poker and try and get USA and EU to fight Russia so Ukraine could take control of Russian areas around the mediterranean .Every country has its warmongers unfortunately government of EU and UK are controlled by the warmongers , they see an opportunity to make money in the Ukraine Russia war so want to keep it going both have announced huge spends recently but just like other recent crises 2008 financial crash and then covid what will actually happen is cronyism with lots of the war budget money making its way to friends and relatives and business partners of those warmongers.
What a tragedy that Ukraine let a fool like Zelensky take them to war with Russia, Ukraine a country where so many Russians live where so many Ukrainians with Russian relatives live a tragic war.

Yes, except Zelensky was only repeating what he's been told to say - especially in the highly successful meeting in the White House with Trump and Vance. It was successful because it drove the EU hysterical and whereas before everyone was ignoring Z- he's now getting hugs from PMs! NATO lost the war, Trump wants to focus on China but this whole charade has got Macron thinking he can 'pacify' Russia and everyone is told to up their military spending. Win for Trump who people think wants peace and it's all Zelensky's fault. Win as they avoid admitting the US lost again. Win for US based arms manufacturers getting EU contracts.

No, his plane was hit by a military air defense missile. It is quite possible that the top military brass he had spent months criticising and condemning decided payback was due. There were also some other sketchy characters on board that plane who might have been the actual target.
